Claims
Any claims related to the purchased products must be processed via the email ayuda@quimi.shop or through the online personalized assistance provided by Customer Service.
If the CLIENT is interested in any claim, they must contact us beforehand through the communication channels established in the previous section and request the corresponding refund in their case.
In the event of claims that result in chargebacks (CBK), the CLIENT's account will be disabled until the conclusion of the process. To reactivate it, the CLIENT agrees to pay in advance the costs arising from the claims process.
